Farhad is the Managing Partner of Akrivis Law Group PLLC in Washington, D.C. His practice focuses on international and domestic corporate matters and complex trade issues (including sanctions, expor controls, anti-corruption regulations,  and  compliance) as well as multinational investment, banking & finance His experience includes U.S. sanctions against Iran Cuba, Myanmar, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea, with emphasis on regulations administered by the Office o Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).


Farhad is Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown UniversityLawCenter.  He  has  been  quotedinThe New York Times, Financial Times, The Wall Stree Journal, Washington Post, and Georgetown Journal o Inter. Law, and has appeared on BBC, and Al Jazeera English.

Dale is the managing Partner of Schwartz Posel Immigration Law Group in Atlanta. He defends immigration removal and deportation cases in the Immigration Courts located in Atlanta, Georgia and he serves clients with immigration needs such as employment visas, family-based permanent residence applications, marriage-based green card petitions, adjustment of status, labor certification and bona fide asylum claims in Georgia and throughout the United States.

Dale is the author of various articles on immigration law and has served as the President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (1986-87). He has been a frequent guest on national radio and television programs (Nightline, 60 Minutes, CNN, etc.).
